近日，Wilhelmsen Ships Service公司收购了智利Compañia Maritima Unitor (CMU)公司。据悉，新公司将命名为Wilhelmsen Ships Service (Chile) SA，除继续提供原CMU公司的产品外，还将为智利客户提供救生安全产品、船用化学品、焊接设备等船用设备。新公司任命原CMU公司的Alejandro Gajardo为总经理，其他员工也全部留用。
