铠韧气体获全球首制液化二氧化碳运输船供气系统订单

近日,上海铠韧气体工程股份有限公司(以下简称铠韧气体)与大连船舶重工集团签署2艘7500立方米液化二氧化碳运输船供气系统(FGSS)供应合同,该船采用MAN ME-GI高压低速二冲程双燃料主机驱动,另配有双燃料锅炉。其燃料供气系统能够匹配320bar高压燃气供气,并配备安装在甲板的2*250m3液化天然气储罐,使得本船可在欧洲地区航行中全航程使用LNG燃料。
该船为全球首制7500立方米液化二氧化碳运输船,船舶建造合同由挪威北极光公司与大船集团于此前签订,悬挂挪威国旗,入级DNV船级社。是目前已知签订建造合同中液货舱容最大的专业服务于海洋碳运输与封存的液化二氧化碳运输船。该船将应用于欧洲二氧化碳捕捉及储存计划,收集欧洲工业产生的二氧化碳,运至挪威西海岸地区二氧化碳接收端码头加以处理后注入海底地下2600米永久封存,从而减少欧洲地区二氧化碳的排放量。
该船配置世界最高技术难度的高强钢制作的全压式C型液货罐,铠韧气体提供LNG燃料技术解决方案,使船舶硫氧化物和氮氧化物的排放水平满足最严格的要求。同时,该船通过应用转子风帆及气泡减阻两种创新技术, 大幅降低排放水平。
此次合作将结合双方的行业优势,利用大船集团在船舶的建造、研发创新、行业知识和经验与铠韧气体在液化气储运行业及供气系统中丰富的技术开发、设备集成、工程建造经验,为实现“碳达峰、碳中和”提供切实可行的解决方案、坚实的技术支撑。

CGT Wins Contracts to Deliver FGSS for World’s First LNG Powered LCO2 Carriers
Dalian Shipbuilding Industry (DSIC) and Cryolobe Gas Technology (CGT) signed procurement contracts for fuel gas supply systems (FGSS) for 2 ships of 7,500 cbm LCO2 carriers, which are equipped with MAN ME-GI high-pressure low-speed two-stroke dual-fuel engines and dual fuel boilers. FGSS of the LCO2 carriers is capable of matching 320 bar high-pressure gas supply and is equipped with 2*250 cbm LNG storage tanks on deck, making it possible to voyage across Europe using LNG as fuel.
The vessels are the world’s first LNG-powered LCO2 carriers signed between Northern Lights and DSIC and will be registered in Norway and classed by DNV. They are the largest LCO2 carriers known to be under contract, serving for marine carbon transport and storage. The carriers will be used in CO2 capture and storage program in Europe, through which CO2 will be collected from industrial production, transported to a receiving terminal in Norway, and injected into the subsea at 2,600 meters for permanent storage after processed, thus achieving CO2 emissions reduction.
The vessels will be equipped with fully pressurized Type-C cargo tanks made of special high-strength steel, and CGT provides LNG fuel gas solutions to meet the most stringent requirements for sulfur oxide and nitrogen oxide emissions. By applying rotor sail and bubble drag reduction technology, emissions of the carriers will be further reduced.
Cooperation between DSIC and CGT combines advantages of both parties, utilizing construction, R&D capacity, know-how and experience of DSIC in the shipbuilding industry and rich experience of CGT in technology development, equipment integration, and engineering construction in fuel gas storage & transportation and gas supply system to provide practical solutions and solid technical support to promote peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality.
