为持续推动处置盘活库存海工装备资产，国海海工资产管理有限公司旗下全资子公司-天津上船海工五号租赁有限公司和天津上船海工六号租赁有限公司拟近期现状出售两座钻井支持驳船，本着市场化公开的原则，将于12月初在北京产权交易所公开挂牌转让。相关资产信息如下：

船舶现状：
1#钻井支持驳船：
于2015年1月20日下水，船舶结构交验已全部结束。设备方面除钻井包外的其他设备安装全部结束，常规管系密性基本交验结束，钻井管系结构交验结束，发电机负载功能试验结束。常规系统功能交验除定位绞车外联合交验结束，上部建筑除家具地板和顶板外基本施工结束。钻井系统相关设备完成了泥浆泵的封舱安装工作。
2#钻井支持驳船：
于2016年3月25日下水，部分船体结构还未交验结束。舱室密性交验结束，主/应急发电机电缆敷设结束，全船管系安装进度40%左右。钻井包、吊机、锚泊绞车、锚及锚链等未安装。

The wholly owned subsidiary companies of Sinoocean Offshore Asset Management Ltd. – Tianjin Shangchuanhaigong No.5 Leasing Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Shangchuanhaigong No.6 Leasing Co., Ltd. plan to publicly sell 2 units of uncompleted Tender Assist Drilling (TAD) barges via the Beijing Equity Exchange in early December of 2024.
