近日，青岛儒海船舶股份有限公司自主研发的D-VesselKeeper蓝鳍船舶管理平台继取得中国船级社（CCS）船舶机械计划保养体系管理系统（软件）型式认可证书、日本船级社（ClassNK）创新认证证书后，再次取得挪威船级社（DNV）设备计划维护系统（PMS）型式认证。

此次认证依据DNV 于 2025 年 4 月最新发布的《计划性维护系统认证标准（CP-0206）》执行，全面覆盖系统的合规性、功能完整性、数据可追溯性及与船级社系统的互联互通能力。

这标志着蓝鳍平台在智能化与合规维保领域实现了关键技术突破，成为中国首个获得 DNV 认可的船舶管理系统。

全面满足 CP-0206 新版标准要求 

蓝鳍船舶管理平台 PMS 系统通过船舶设备管理（档案 + 台账 + 部件）与维保计划（PM 库 + 工单执行 + 维修联动）的双核心，结合 APP 移动端与离线保障，平台实现了设备建档—维保计划—工单执行—维修管理—远航保障的完整闭环，既满足岸端的精细化管理，又确保船端在弱网/无网环境下的高效运作，为船舶设备安全稳定运行提供全流程数字化支撑，让船舶维保更精准高效。

2025 年 4 月更新的 DNV CP-0206 标准，在原有基础上进一步提升了系统认证门槛，新增船级项目识别、维保活动分类、数据导出规范等多项关键要求，对 PMS 系统的专业化与智能化提出更高标准。

蓝鳍管理平台通过数百项功能验证与实船测试，以四大核心能力实现标准全覆盖：

- 船级项目识别

系统支持按 DNV 规范配置Class Code、PMOD Code，并建立与船级项目的关联映射，实现船级项目的精准识别与追踪。

- 作业类型全覆盖

平台内置日常保养、计划维护、船级检验、状态监测、校验、功能测试、大修、故障处理等全套作业类型，分类清晰、定义标准，确保维保活动全流程可追溯。

- 数字化执行与DNV系统对接

蓝鳍管理平台依据MAD 标准实现与 DNV 系统的API 实时对接。工单执行完成后，维保信息、执行结果、状态变更及延期记录可自动同步至 DNV 系统，大幅提升数据传输的准确性与效率。

A First for China! D-VesselKeeper Ship Management Platform Officially Obtained DNV Classification Society Type Approval Certficate for Planned Maintenance System (PMS)

Recently, the D-VesselKeeper Ship Management Platform, independently developed by Winkong Marine Engineering Co., Ltd., has once again achieved a significant milestone. Following its receipt of China Classification Society (CCS) Type Approval Certificate for Ship Machinery Planned Maintenance System (Software) and ClassNK Innovation Endorsement Certificate, it has now officially obtained the DNV Type Approval Certificate for Planned Maintenance System (PMS).

The certification was carried out in accordance with DNV’s latest “Certification Standard for Planned Maintenance Systems (CP-0206)”, released in April 2025, comprehensively covering the system’s regulatory compliance, functional integrity, data traceability, and interoperability with classification society systems.

This marks a major technological breakthrough for D-VesselKeeper Ship Management Platform in the field of intelligent and compliant maintenance management, making it the first ship management system in China to receive DNV approval.

Fully Compliant with the Latest CP-0206 Standard

D-VesselKeeper Ship Management Platform PMS system meets the new CP-0206 requirements through a dual-core architecture that integrates ship equipment management (including archives, ledgers, and components) with maintenance planning (Eqp. PM Library, Work Order, and Repair Mgt.).By combining a mobile app with offline operation support, the platform establishes a complete closed loop of equipment registration → maintenance planning → work order→ repair management → voyage support. It enables refined shore-based management while ensuring efficient onboard operation even under weak or no network conditions, providing end-to-end digital support for the safe and stable operation of ship equipment — making vessel maintenance more precise and efficient.

The DNV CP-0206 standard, updated in April 2025, has further raised certification threshold compared to the previous version.
